If I purchase online, when will I receive my tickets?
After making your online purchase, you will receive a confirmation of the transaction automatically, and within a period not exceeding 48 hrs, you will receive by email a booking confirmation where you can find your tickets and your confirmation numbers. It will be necessary to present a copy of this last email or display it on the screen of your mobile device or tablet upon attendance.
What happens if I make an error in my data or tour date?
You can mail us on email@example.com and request the correction of your data or the change of your reservation.
Can I use my card in the currency of my country to pay through the website?
Yes, it is possible.
What happens if the person who made the payment will not go to the park?
Payment may be made by a different person to the one who made the reservation. You will only require the confirmation number and/or confirmation emails.
Can I present my confirmation number on my mobile phone or tablet?
Yes, it is possible, actually, we recommend doing it this way to avoid printing on paper. We are pro ecology.
What’s the entrance fee?
Our all-inclusive fee is $99 USD per person, covering all 7 activities in the park. Prices may change without prior notice or for specific promotions.
What does my entrance include?
It includes roundtrip transportation from specified pick up points, as well as the 7 experiences at La Hacienda Park.
Is there a special price for children?
We don´t have a special price for children.
What is the minimum age allowed inside the park?
There is no minimum age allowed for entry to the park. However, the minimum height to participate in La Hacienda Park´s activities is 110 and 120 cm.
How long does the complete activity last?
It is a full day activity and regularly lasts about 6 to 7 hours from pick up until return to your hotel.
Will i be able to do the 7 experiences in a single visit to the park?
Yes, in fact, the tour is specifically designed so that all visitors can enjoy all activities within the designated time frame.
Can i give up one of my experiences and receive a special price?
It is not possible to get a lower price, even if you choose not to participate in all of the activities. If you prefer, you can opt out of any activity, but the price is fixed at $99 USD.
Can i repeat once or several times the same activity?
The daily program is designed so that everyone can enjoy all 7 activities, so you will have to follow the scheduled activity circuit without the possibility of repeating any of the activities.
Are there activities for my young children to enjoy while I am doing the La Hacienda Park´s attractions?
We have a kids club and staff that will take care of the little ones who cannot enjoy La Hacienda Park´s activities. In this way you can spend a day full of adventure, while the kids enjoy a day full of fun.
Are there any additional costs that i should consider?
You can enjoy the 7 experiences including your roundtrip transportation for only $99 USD. However there are optional snacks and drinks at the grocery stores that must be paid for separately. The purchase of the photo package is also optional and is not included in the USD 99.
Can i bring my own food or drinks to La Hacienda Park?
No, bringing any kind of food or drink with you to the park is prohibited. We have stores where you will be able to buy drinks and snacks. In addition to this, there are different spots in the park where drinking water is available.
Can i bring food for my baby?
Yes, food for babies is permitted at the park.
What kind of food do you serve at the Dominican buffet?
At our buffet you will find rice, beans, fried chicken, a salad bar, stews, fish, pasta, bananas, jello, rice pudding, and more.
Are drinks included in the buffet?
Our Buffet does not include drinks, but you’ll be able to buy them at our stores at very reasonable prices.
Do I need a driving license to drive a buggy?
Yes, you must have a valid driving license
Do I need to know how to ride a horse to do the horseback riding activity in La Hacienda Park?
No, you can ride even if this is your first-time horseback riding
What’s the maximum weight permitted for the ziplines?
250 pounds (114 kg). And a minimum height of 47”.
What kind of animals will I see at the safari?
Our safari is focused on Dominican culture, you will see farm animals, be able to learn more about crops, coffee, and the family lifestyle in the mountains. You will be able to taste our coffee and the original Dominican cocoa recipe.
Does the park has a bathroom area?
Yes, we have bathrooms, showers, wardrobes, and lockers.
Can i bring my own camera?
Yes, but there are specific areas inside the park for taking pictures. For safety reasons you can’t take your camera to all activities.
Where is La Hacienda Park located?
La Hacienda Park is located in the Anamuya Mountain, 30 to 40 minutes from Bávaro and Punta Cana. You don’t have to worry about transportation; our tour includes it.
Can i get there in my own car?
Yes, once you have purchased your ticket, please contact us to send you the exact location and GPS coordinates.
Can i bring my pet?
It is not possible due to the nature of La Hacienda Park´s activities and facilities.

At what times can I contact you?
You can contact us from 9:00 to 18:00 (Local hour -4GMT) Mondays to Saturdays on our phones or chat. We are available 24 hours a day via e-mail.
What happens if I can’t make it to my excursion?
You can change the date up to 48 hours before the excursion. You can also cancel and get a 100% refund if you cancel 48 hours before the day of the excursion.

How can I find out if my hotel is included on the pickup list?
When selecting the purchase option on our website, you can also find a list of hotels where pickup is available.
What is the pick up time?
Pickup times vary depending on the hotel where you are staying, once you select your hotel and travel date you will be assigned a pickup time. Pickup times are scheduled between 7:00 AM and 9:00 AM local time.
At what time will I be back in my hotel?
Departure time from the park is between 4:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m., so depending on the hotel where you are staying the arrival time may vary between 5:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m.
If my hotel is not on the pickup list, can you pick me up at a different location?
Yes, only if this point is in the Bávaro area, in this case, it is necessary to specify in your purchase notes that you require assistance to coordinate your pickup and to get in contact with our customer service team.
