Accepted payment methods
Visiting our park is easy and accessible for tourists from around the world. We accept credit cards in foreign currencies, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners Club International, and JCB.
While the cardholder doesn’t need to be present at the park, you do need to show the confirmation number or email. Inside the park, you can pay for snacks and drinks with your card, though we recommend bringing cash just in case of signal issues (you are in the middle of the jungle, after all).

Here are some tips before visiting our park
To make the most of your adventure day, we recommend bringing:

Safety, health, and accessibility
We have a first aid station, trained staff, and support from nearby clinics. However, for safety reasons, we do not recommend participating in certain activities if you’re pregnant, have back or hip problems, have heart conditions, or have recently had major surgery.
The maximum weight limit for all activities is 114 kg. If you exceed this, you can still enjoy the safari, buggies, and buffet.

We’re located in Higüey, in the Anamuya mountains, Dominican Republic. If you’re arriving on your own, we’ll send you the exact GPS coordinates. We recommend using Google Maps to avoid navigation errors.

- Are there bathrooms? Yes, along with showers and free lockers.
