Good experience Overall, the experience was very nice and fun. I would say it’s worth the money! Just a few things: the transportation time was an hour and 20 mins (wasn’t aware of that until we were on the shuttle), and the bus was very packed. Also was kind of annoying we couldn’t have our phones with us on some of the activities skye p

Money grabbing sub par experience, however beautiful Pretty much this can be summarized in two main activities which were zip lining and the ATV. The ATV was approximately 5-7 minutes one way, a swim in a beautiful yet nothing special river for ~5 mins, and another return drive of 5-7 mins. Pretty sure we made the drive back in 10 (shocker we got a little extra) and only because we got stuck in the mud (which was not something we are complaining about). The ATV was fun because we got absolutely covered in mud but even then we couldn’t go too fast as we were in a single file line with our group. We got to the park at around 9:30. We did not start till 1030 and we were done by 2:30 this is INCLUDING lunch and the transition between activities. It took us ~3 hours to get there and ~3 hours to get back to our hotel even with the provided transportation, making coming and going longer than the itinerary itself.
The zip lining was fun as well but again very short. The 10 minute gondola ride to get to the starting platform took basically the same amount of time as all the zip line routes put together. Each course was very short with very beautiful views but again, done before you even know it.
We took a break for a free lunch buffet with beverages at additional cost, even water. The lunch was good but nothing to write home about.
Afterwards we took a “safari” on a truck to the farm? With goats some donkeys chickens with coffee, hot chocolate, and mamajuana samples. They were selling coffee and hot chocolate and handed out goat feed to make it more of a petting zoo feel. The donkey was isolated to a post with no adequate grass to graze. The safari would be great for kids but with my older kids and myself it felt like a third grade field trip. However, once again we only had max 10 minutes to walk around before we were ushered back on to the truck.
Finally, our most anticipated part of the day was the horse back riding as my kids have never done so before but have always wanted to. It was similar to the ATV tour with a short route, 10-15 minutes max in a slow going single file line with the horse’s faces being buried in the rear’s of the horses in front of them. We could also see groups being rotated non stop for the stables and the horses were doing the same route over and over all day with no water (as far as we could tell, at least).
This whole operation just comes off as a money grab and they were trying to up charge you for every single thing; paper cone cups that disintegrate after one use so we had to buy water bottles at the free buffet, charges for bandanas and glasses for protection (was never told to bring anything), $60 USD for photos for my family of 3.
The views were beautiful but otherwise It was not worth the price.

Amazing value, had a great day We were originally offered scape park/ Bravro adventure park by our hotel, priced at $220pp we couldn’t justify spending almost $500 for a single day out. I then found this place on GetYourGuide for $100. We decided to give it a go as there lots of good reviews. The transfer info was well communicated with the park, and reasonably on time. The bus itself was very small/ cramped, but air conditioned. We spent about 90mins driving through the beautiful Dominican forest and dropped off to the park by about 9:30am.
Upon arrival we were allocated coloured wristbands to organise the order of activities, we put our belongings into the (free) lockers and sent to the zip lines first.
THEY WERE AMAZING!! There were 6 lines in total with a ski lift to start and a leap of faith the conclude, all instructions were very clear and the views were absolutely worth the entrance fee in their own.
Then we did the safari, we saw some animals and tasted some authentic Dominican produce m. This was ok, but slightly boring in comparison to the rest of the day.
After the safari we had lunch, the food was ok but nothing special. Drinks and icecream were available to purchase in the shop (we spent $8 on 2 magnums!)
Our next activity was the horse rinding, this was so fun and definitely made my partner (a complete beginner) feel at ease. We went really slowly through the forest and again, saw some pretty amazing views.
Lastly we did the buggies, you can upgrade for $50 to ride a private 2 person vehicle but we partnered with a very friendly couple from Cuba. We got so dirty but it was so much fun. We stopped at the river to swim for 30 mins before riding home.
The photographer takes photos throughout the day and you can purchase the pictures at the end, we opted to buy them at $56 (for 2 people) as they would make a great keep sake.
Make sure you bring a towel, change of clothes, water, suncream and water shoes! The river bed is very slippery during the wild swim!
Very well worth the money paid and very well organised. We got back to our hotel at 5:15pm and were absolutely exhausted

Best advantage in my life! La Hacienda Park 7-in-1 was honestly the best excursion we’ve ever done — maybe the best activity from all our travels, and we travel around four countries a year on average. Everything was organized so well, and the staff were friendly, helpful, and made the day fun from start to finish. Special thanks to our guide Frank and the horseback riding staff. They were amazing. I felt sorry didn’t tip them enough because I didn’t carry much cash to this trip. A little warning: if you’re scared of heights, think twice before doing the zipline. Once you start the first one, you have to finish all five. We even saw some younger people had cold feet.
The ATV (buggy) ride was not nearly as muddy as I expected. We brought swimsuits, towels, and extra clothes for no reason. Totally unnecessary that day.
My favorite part was actually the chairlift ride up. The views were beautiful, and I could enjoy being high up slowly without feeling like my heart was pounding.
The five ziplines were exciting, but I think I’ve officially used up all my zipline courage for this lifetime. I don’t need to do that again.
The quick bungee jump felt safe and controlled, but it feels very different when you’re standing there getting ready to jump.
The lunch was authentic Dominican food and tasted good. My only complaint is that I wish the food had covers on it because I don’t enjoy sharing foods with flies.
The horseback riding was much longer than I expected and completely worth the money. We went up and down hills, and the horses were gentle and well trained. After the horse back riding, I felt like I know how to ride a horse already.
For the safari, don’t feel disappointed if you don’t see lions or elephants. You’ll mostly see cows, donkeys, goats, and chickens. But it was still interesting because you learn about cacao, coffee, and get to taste Mamajuana, a yummy wine with herbs.
We had such a great time. It was the best thing we did in Punta Cana and one of the most memorable activities from all our trips.
Last tip: buy the photo package. The photographers work hard, know exactly where to capture the best shots, and take pictures you probably can’t get yourself.

Book with friends! You will have an awesome time Amazing value!! You get a whole day of fun that leaves you really satisfied and tired!! The park was well organized, our guide Oriana and our photographer Oscar were amazing! Thanks to them we had a wonderful day and beautiful pictures that will last a lifetime. I think this is best for people in their early 20s up to maybe 50s. Some of the activities are a bit too intense for kids. Christian E

La Hacienda Park Experience with Oriana I went to La Hacienda Park’s 7 in 1 excursion trip with 6 of my friends, and we had the greatest time ever! Our guide, Oriana, was incredible she is patient, kind, and funny and made this outing incredible! All of the excursions were so much fun, but the group favorites were the zipline and dune buggy. The food was amazing, and on the safari we got to learn about Dominican culture. This was one of our favorite days of our trip, and the surrounding nature is stunning. Would highly recommend this experience!! Rachel C
