Unprofessional I chose not to zipline because I never really wanted to, but my daughter did. She is plus-size, but she was weighed and was well under the weight limit. Despite this, I don't feel the staff even tried to fit her properly. Instead, she was just told they didn't have a harness big enough for her. Yet, we saw another woman of a different race who was her size put into a harness and allowed to go. Furthermore, another person in our group was accommodated by wearing a harness plus an additional one over her chest. It felt like a clear lack of effort and unequal treatment. Would not recommend very unorganized and if I am spending my money it will go where people treated fairly!

Good excursion, worth the time. Excursion was great. Each activity was good, fun, and not rushed. Beautiful scenery throughout. Half a day excursion, but worth it. Guide was very knowledgeable and great personality.

The buggy ride was great fun but be prepared to get very muddy and dusty! You drive through large mud puddles and water splashes, so don't wear new trainers. Aqua shoes are definitely recommended.
There was a professional photographer with us throughout the day, and the photos available to purchase were beautiful.
There is also a snack shop selling drinks, ice creams and ice lollies. The passionfruit ice lolly was amazing and much needed in the Dominican heat!
Once all activities are completed buffet lunch was provided and very delicious. Only drinks need to purchase.

Useful tips:
Bring insect repellent as there are mosquitoes around the countryside areas.
Lockers are available free of charge to store your belongings.
Outdoor showers are available after the buggy ride to rinse off.
There are no private changing rooms or private shower facilities.
Don't bother bringing a change of clothes as horse riding takes place after the buggy ride, and you'll naturally dry off as the day continues.
Overall, this was one of the highlights of our holiday and offered a fantastic mix of adventure, culture, scenery and fun. Thank you, Will, for making the day so memorable!

Don’t miss excursion in Punta Cana Great excursion and great guide and lots of fun. Frank, our guide shared a lot of information about the culture and the area on the way back to resort. He was a great guide and stayed with us on the excursion and always communicated with us on what we were doing and where we needed to go.

Hacienda Park Hacienda Park was undoubtedly a spectacular experience. A very complete excursion; we thoroughly enjoyed the activities and the food was delicious. Our guide, Rol, made the experience more pleasant and organized, very attentive to all participants and responsible in her work. The only thing to note is that on the horseback riding excursion, despite it being my favorite, the manager in charge, Castro, didn't have a good attitude towards us. I also heard the same comments from other people. However, all the young men who guided us on the horseback riding excursion were very kind and concerned about us.

Perfect Family Fun! Great value! The buffet food that is included in the ticket was also delicious so bonus points for that. It was extremely exhausting after the first few activities, so maybe drink coffee or an energy drink throughout the day (and plenty water!)
